Aromatherapy

Aromatherapy makes use of another ancient healing tradition – the use of essential oils from different plants. As in other plant based practices different plants provide different types of essential oils which are used for a variety of problems – skin care, increasing vitality, stress reduction – among others. These oils are usually placed directly on the skin and are then absorbed into the body.
