How to Gain more from Experiences and/or Relieve Any Type of Pain

Remember one experience.  Apply sensitivity developed since it occurred.  Consider it from the angles of others involved.  Notice how it might fit into this life as a whole, in a perfect way, that leads toward everything one loves most.

To feel better forever, try this on a painful memory.  Current pain counts.  We don’t feel pain in any given moment.  In the present, it can’t exist.

All types of pain arise wholly from resistance.  Resistance comes from fear.  We can ask ourselves, what do I fear?  Why?  

What in that do I love?

We can enter pain like this until it dissolves.  Then, we’ll move on.
