How to Spread Awareness

How might we spread peace?

Might we replace any thoughtless action with a conscious one, and from it feel better now, and like ourselves more?

Instead of snapping, might we consider other ways we could act?  Might we eat one less serving of a food that kills or imprisons animals?  Rather than resisting our bodies, might we do something to help them?  Might we offer better attention to another, or to a situation?

As we open ourselves to understanding, it moves through our lives, through our surroundings, into others’ lives and surroundings.
