How to Stop Resisting

Give in.  Eat, and hunger leaves.  Fuck, and horniness vanishes.

Act consciously.  Eat a desired food that improves one’s existence.  Gain orgasm in a safe, healthy, honest way.

Watch craving fade.  Notice how experience differs from our vision.  Which do we prefer?  Do we want this again?

What change to how we do this would make living more enjoyable?
