Ways to Experience Awareness

Through consciousness we detach into Oneness, connection to everything, including our own experience.

We can’t leave the body, because we never entered one.  Attempt to stay in a body.  We feel beyond it, hear beyond it, experience beyond it.  Try to feel the surface one rests on, it disappears.  So does the feeling of the body, the thoughts of the mind.

Listen to a sound.  It vibrates, goes in and out, or disappears.

We can sense a sound or not.  We can do this with anything.  Let it remain gone.  Let it remain here.  We can let our consciousness hold everything by becoming aware of everything.  As we notice more, belief in separation dies.
