To know which to do, choose one’s current mood from this list:
Listen to that mood:
- Restlessness tells one to add value to existence.
- Tiredness tells one to subtract junk from existence.
Do that seem possible? Will doing so raise one’s mood? Can good come from a choice that destroys well-being? How do mood and well-being effect performance? How does that effect results?
Subtract what feels worse. Add what feels better. This improves existence every time.
